Dallas Palmer serves as Chaplaincy Director for Brown County Jail Ministries and as Chaplain for the Brown County Sheriff’s Office and other agencies throughout Brown County. He works alongside incarcerated individuals, correctional staff, and community partners to support personal growth, emotional wellness, life-skills development, and successful re-entry. His work includes coordinating resources, counseling, aftercare connections, and practical support that help individuals build stability and move forward with purpose. Dallas also supports officers and their families through care, encouragement, and access to helpful services. Through collaboration with local organizations and community leaders, he is committed to strengthening pathways that help returning individuals rebuild their lives and contribute positively to the community.
